We are upgrading our banking system from January 4th to January 8th

Dear customers,


As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient banking services, we are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our banking system. Our new system will help us to offer more features and functionality in your banking experience. 

Due to the conversion of our banking IT system ALL Liberty Bank’s service centers will be closed and Internet Bank, Mobile Bank and other banking services will be suspended from January 4th, 9:00pm  to  January 8th, 9:00am. 

Only card related services will remain operational with some exceptions:

  • ATM cash withdrawal (withdrawal will be unavailable on January 5th from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM)
  • POS terminal payments (payments will be unavailable on January 5th from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM)

State banking services won't be affected by this upgrade: 

  • Police fines payment
  • National Forensics Bureau service payment 
  • MIA Service Agency service payment
  • National Revenue Service payment
  • State treasury fees payment
  • Compulsory Insurance Center
  • National Bureau of Enforcement
  • Tax-Free Disbursement

Liberty Bank will resume its full scale operations on January 8th.
