Using Liberty Bank cards on the Internet is becoming even more secure starting from March 2, 2020. The Bank’s management has made a decision to activate 3D security service for all Visa or MasterCard bank cardholders free of charge. Your card will be registered by the Bank in 3D Secure Service and the clients will not have to fill any form or to visit our branches anymore. 
Free of charge automatic activation will also cover all the new or restored bank cards issued by Bank in the future. 

Verified by Visa of VISA and SecureCodeTM of MasterCard® are services designed to provide you with extra security when making purchases over the Internet, by preventing any unauthorized use of the card.

Service requires verification for each online transaction by receiving one time authorization code on your personal phone number*. By verifying each transaction you eliminate the risk of using your card by the third parties and phishing. 

* Please verify the mobile number you have registered in the bank. The one-time-password will be sent in this number.

3D Security Service is valid until the card’s official expiration date. The service can also be manually deactivated by the cardholder by filling out an application form at the Bank’s branches. However, it is not recommended to deactivate 3D Security since you may be risking an unauthorized online transactions.
