Liberty will cancel electricity commission for its customers with company “Telmiko” till the end of July

From July 1, the electricity supplier company was changed and the company "Telmiko" started to serve the customers of "Telasi".

All the customers of Telasi automatically became Telmiko customers, however, due to the change, in July, part of the customers will be charged the electricity bills accrued before June 30 as a Telasi fee, and after July 1, in the name of the new provider Telmiko.

Accordingly, in July, a certain number of customers will have to pay electricity bills in parallel with the two companies.

In order for the customer to be able to pay the electricity bill during the transition month, without any inconvenience and additional costs, Liberty Bank has decided to cancel the payment fee for the new provider "Telmiko" through all channels of payment for one month until July 31, 2021.

Liberty has simplified the change of electricity supplier company for customers in all service channels:

Innovation in fast payment machines has been introduced in a short time: PAY machines already have a menu of "United Utilities", which will automatically show the due to pay services of "Telasi", "Telmiko", "GWP" and "Tbilservice Group".

In Internet and mobile banking, it is easy to add the new electricity provider with an existing subscriber number. Debts of both services will be checked when paying at branches and service centers.

For social card holders and the older generation customers who paid Telasi bills without service fee, the Telmiko payment service fee will remain free.
Customers who have used the automatic transfer service on Telasi electricity will be able to easily register the automatic transfer of Telmiko at the service center or Internet / mobile banking.
