May 20, 2022 - JSC Liberty Bank is pleased and honored to have won the public tender for the provision of state pensions and welfare payments ("Social Benefits") distributions services in Georgia as announced by the Social Service Agency.

The new terms provided by the tender will come into force in January 2023.

For Liberty, serving this contract for decades has been, and still is, the main focus of the business. Liberty's unique infrastructure, systems, processes, staff knowledge and skills are fully assembled and tailored to optimize these activities.

In twenty years, Liberty has built an unprecedented and unique branch network for operating continuous and secure distribution of ‘Social Benefits’ across the country: more than 400 branches and over 100 mobile service centers serving over 1,300 villages and 64 municipalities. Out of all, more than 1,100 villages served by Liberty are at least 5 miles from the nearest municipality center. Specially trained staff serve up to 30,000 customers who are physically unable to visit the bank or reside in the remote regions.

Liberty is one of the largest employers in Georgia with about 4,500 employees. The Bank is constantly improving its services and offerings to its customers with additional benefits and special offers and programs for banking services.

Since 2017 Liberty has been implementing unique corporate social responsibility programs and projects specially designed for the beneficiaries of this contract. A customer satisfaction survey (CSAT) conducted by the bank in 2021 showed that 90% of respondents are satisfied with the bank's services.
