From April 15th to July 15th, 2025, sending money via Paysend will be completely free from any country worldwide, provided the recipient uses a Liberty Visa card. To send money without a transfer fee, only the recipient's 16-digit Liberty Visa card number is required.
The Paysend money transfer service is instant, and money can be received in GEL (Georgian Lari) and USD (United States Dollar).
You can instantly obtain a Liberty digital Visa card through Liberty Bank's internet or mobile banking, while a physical card can be created at any branch.
Received transfers can be cashed out instantly at Liberty branches and through remote channels – ATMs and mobile banking. A special conversion rate applies to cashing out the transfer.
