We want to inform you that according to order No. 195/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia "On the provision of information to the Credit Information Bureau in the territory of Georgia, the registration of information in the database of the Credit Information Bureau and the approval of the rule on access", the amendment became effective from March 1, 2023, according to which the lending organization is obliged to provide information on money transfers to the Credit Information Bureau (JSC Credit Information Bureau CreditInfo Georgia identification number: 204470740).

Mandatory notification text to the subject of the data/customer regarding the provision of data to the Bureau:

Providing information to the customer

„JSC Liberty Bank, Ilia Chavchavadze ave 74, Tbilisi, Georgia, will collect/process the information on income received from the money transfer of the person, which will be provided to the Credit Information Bureau in accordance with the rules and conditions stipulated by the legislation of Georgia. Information on the income received from money transfers is processed for the purpose of analyzing customers' solvency. It will be available to lending organizations subscribed to the Credit Information Bureau in accordance with the legislation.

At the request of the data subject/customer, the data controller is obliged to correct, update, add, block, delete, or destroy the data if they are incomplete, inaccurate, not updated, or if their collection and processing were carried out against the law “

We want to inform you that you, as a subject of the data, have the right to refuse to provide information about the income received from your money transfers to the Credit Information Bureau.
