  1. What is "pension in advance"?
    • "Pension in advance" is a product created by Liberty Bank with the purpose of improving and simplifying customer service, which allows customers to receive their own pension / social benefit before the pension / other social payment is credited to their account;
       
  2. How much is the "Pension in advance" service fee?
    • The amount of the service fee is symbolic and is set from 15 tetri to 80 tetri. The amount of the fee depends on the date of activation of the service and the amount.
      • GEL 45.00 ლარი - GEL 150.00:
        • 1 – 7 day of each month – GEL 0.40;
        • 8 – 13 day of each month – GEL 0.15.
        • GEL 150.01 – GEL 300.00:
        • 1 – 7 day of each month – GEL 0.80;
        • 8 – 13 day of each month – GEL 0.30.
           
  3. Who can benefit from "Pension in advance"?
    • "Pension in advance" is available only for a person receiving a state pension and other social benefits (except for IDPs and social allowance receipents) regardless of age, whose monthly pension / social benefits range from 45 to 300 GEL.
       
  4. Is it possible to activate the "pension in advance” taking into account other social assistances?
    • "Pension in advance" refers only to the service of receiving a state pension and other social benefits in advance. This service is not available to IDPs and recipients of social allowance.
       
  5. Where can I get a "pension in advance"?
    • Bank branches / service centers, bank mobile service units and ATMs.
       
  6. When is it possible to use the "Pension in advance" service?
    • The "Pension in advance" service can be obtained only before the enrollment of the pension, including 1 to 13 day of each month. The mentioned product is not available on other days.
       
  7. Is it possible to activate the "pension pension in advance" for less than the amount of the pension?
    • "Pension in advance" service envisages full activation of the pension amount for the customer, taking into account the service fee. In case of using the mentioned service through ATM, it is possible to partially withdraw the received money;
       
  8. Is it possible to repay the "pension in advance" before the deadline?
    • No early repayment is possible.
       
  9. What documents are required to use the product "Pension in advance"?
    • When activating in the bank branch / service center - ID card and basic social bank card;
    • When activating at an ATM - basic social bank card and PIN code;
       
  10.  Is it possible to receive a "pension in advance" with an additional card or power of attorney?
    • "Pension in advance" service is not available on the basis of a power of attorney or additional card.
       
  11. If "Pension in advance" is activated through ATM, how is it possible to use the remaining amount in the account, considering the possibility of withdrawing only the amount multiples of 5 from the ATM?
    • The remaining amount can be withdrawn from the cash desk of any branch / service center of the bank;
    • The remaining amount can also be used when paying by card at trade / service outlets;
       
  12. Is it possible to withdraw the full amount of the pension when activating the "Pension in advance" through ATM, in case of prepayment of the service fee to the account?
    • Yes, it is possible to receive the full amount of the pension if the amount of the service fee is credited to the account.
    • It is already possible to transfer money to the social account from Liberty Bank fast transfer machines.
       
  13. When using a pension loan / pension overdraft, is it possible to get the service “Pension in advance”
    • Yes, it is possible if the existing pension loan / pension overdraft is not overdue.
       
  14. What could be the reason for restricting the use of the "Pension in advance" service?
    • The customer should not have an overdue retirement loan / retirement overdraft;
    • The customer should not be a subject of collection, seizure, and no reserve or overlimit should be affixed on the social account;
    • The customer must not have any other credit issued by Liberty Bank, except for the following credit products: any type of overdraft, loan secured by a deposit or certificate of deposit, credit card or consumer loan;
    • The user should not be registered as a guarantor on a social advance issued to another person;
       
  15. Who should you contact if the offer "Pension before enrolin advance" will not be active at the ATM?
    • If there is no offer at the ATM, the customer should contact any branch / service center of the bank or the remote service center 032 255 55 00 to determine the reason;
