In order to implement the principles of women's economic empowerment, on the basis of Liberty Bank Training Center, selected experts and trainers, a special training was held on May 27 for women entrepreneurs from the regions of Georgia on the topic - "Woman Entrepreneur – a Good Manager". With this training, a cycle of trainings has started, which envisages informing women start-uppers, small entrepreneurs and farmers, acquiring certain knowledge and skills, as well as supporting them to get professional education.
Liberty Bank conducts quarterly trainings for women involved in UN Women projects. In the first stage, the trainings will be conducted online.

This cooperation is carried out within the frameworks of the project "Joint Efforts for Women's Economic Empowerment". The project is implemented by the UN Women Organization with the financial assistance of the Government of Norway. Liberty Bank signed the "Principles of Women's Economic Empowerment" in December 2019 to have its contribution in achieving gender equality and women's economic empowerment in Georgia.
