Consumer loan application is added to offers page of Internet Banking, in the loan category. The loan activation process is completed completely online and users, in addition to filling out the application, will be able to view the contract, activate and transfer the amount to the account without leaving home.

To apply for a loan, users need to fill out a simple loan application form in Internet Banking and agree to have their information verified by the Revenue Service and Creditinfo.

After reviewing the application and verifying the information, users will receive the final decision via Internet and mobile banking notifications. If approved, a contract and payment schedule will also be sent to them. They will be able to confirm the final consent by replying to the received message, after which the loan will be activated immediately and the amount will be credited to the bank account. Activated loan details can be viewed by users at any time using the Internet and mobile banking.
