Following a joint agreement with the Supervisory Board, Vasil Khodeli will step down as a CEO on May 1, 2022, and be replaced by Beka Gogichaishvili. The Supervisory Board continues to support the Bank and participates actively in the strategic decision-making process.

Beka Gogichaishvili has 10 years of experience in financial analysis and investor relations management. Beka joined Hunnewell Partners Georgia as an investment manager in 2017 and has since been actively involved in important decisions of the Liberty Bank. From 2020 he was a member of Liberty Bank's Supervisory Board. I am confident that his professional and personal qualities, as well as his experience working with Liberty's management team, will benefit the bank.
