Top|Card is a Superb card for shopping ,which allows you to pre-approve amounts ranging from 250 to 15,000 GEL. You can use the limit as many times as you want. On the proposed terms, nothing will be added to your expenses and you will benefit from an effective 0% rate.
Pay with a flexible schedule - you can use Top|Card everywhere, the amount spent at different facilities will be equally distributed over the months to cover the expenses in the proposed terms with no additional payment, or over a longer period with added interest.
You can withdraw amount from any Liberty ATM. Withdrawal fee is 3% of the amount, minimum GEL 6. You can repay the cashed amount within 45 days without additional fees. The number of repayment days depends on the number of withdrawals.
Top|Card is issued free of charge and the card has no annual service fee.
