Top|Card – The ultimate card for shopping. With Top|Card, you can pre-approve a desired limit ranging from 250 to 15,000 GEL, which you can use multiple times. 

During the proposed payment schedule, no extra fees will apply, and you’ll benefit from an effective interest rate starting from 0%. 
The card offers a flexible payment schedule: you can choose to pay off the amount spent at various locations within the proposed periods without any additional charges, or opt for a longer repayment term with an interest rate. You can withdraw the approved amount from any ATM in Georgia or abroad. The withdrawal fee is 3% of the withdrawn amount, and you can repay it within a period of up to 45 days. There are no fees for obtaining the Top|Card, and the card has no additional service commission. 

You can pay Top|Card’s Minimum and Recommended amounts:
• At Liberty Bank branches and service centers
• By topping up the Top|Card via the online payment platform pay.ge
• Through LB Pay terminals • Via Liberty Bank’s internet or mobile banking
• By transferring funds from another bank account to the Top|Card account*
• By transferring funds from another bank card (P2P transfer)

Please note that funds transferred from another bank account will not be reflected on weekends or official holidays. 

Please note that funds transferred via the P2P method will not appear on the Top|Card the same day. The reflection of transferred amounts for covering the minimum and recommended payments depends on the processing time of the international payment system, which the bank is not responsible for. Therefore, if using this method, the transfer should be made at least a few days in advance.
